[Resolved] Flipkart — damaged product delivered, and not taking return | |||
Hi, Shivonic mop was delivered on 24th. Part was broken so immediately return request was send. Your exe came & said color mismatch so cant take back, put same in new request & mentioned brand name missing also. So i did same, also contacted on social media, received call & was told it will be solved. Again nothing happened & request cancelled. Again got a call that we cant credit flipkart a/c so give bank details & for the. Same we will mail you. That mail didnt came whole day so called cc & raise return request in app. Spoke in chat too. Again today request got cancelled. Cc cant solve it. Called but your system was down asked to speak to senior, call was disconnected. Now what is my fault? Why cant you solve this?
