[Resolved] Flipkart — damaged product delivered purposely | |||
This is in regards to od[protected]. I have received damaged led tv. I contacted the customer care they says if the product is opened by the customer than no replacement will be given. They says it will only replaced if it's opened by them. I only opened the product and the screen is broken by the transport team or they purposely delivered damaged product to me. Now they are not replacing nor either of the flipkart executives have come to see the product. It seems i have spent 18, 000 for the waste product. I am requesting to this forum kindly records number of cased flipkart do purposely for the electronics products. Also check records for the vendors if they have tied up with them.in my case the led is broken from inside and it seems that they have delivered to me purposely. I cannot them through toll number and also via social media platforms they say they will call but not even a single miss call i received from them till date today.
