[Resolved]  Flipkart — damaged product on delivery

I bought a product from flipkart which is damaged on delivery but when i asked for it to be changed they don't want to change the product. On the net also there is no return option against this product. Please help me out. So that i may be able to exchange the product and get a better one which is not damaged. My name is hylton upshon. We had interacted with the customer, apologized for the issue, as per customers issue created the return, product not available with seller, hence refund done, Informed the refund TAT, packing manner, closing the case.
