Flipkart — Damaged Product Received 2 times from Flipkart

I ordered F&D 6000U Home Audio Speaker through flipkart on 1st of October 2014.The product was delivered after 10 days due to festival holidays.When I opened the box itself found that Sub woofer was physically damaged.So I dint connect the item and immediately raise the request for replacement.I got the message that your request is accepted and the replacement will be shipping before 20th October.But I doesn't had the patience and I decided to use the damaged item till the replacement arrive.Then I opened the case and found the packing was worst, very soon come to know that the item was used some one.Packing plastic cover was tampered, Battery was inserted in the remote(None of the new remote battery will be inserted while packing).Even though I used for just test the quality of the sound.It was having good performance.I was happy with the product. Finally my replacement was arrived just 2 hrs back today(19th Oct 2014). This time I got a classic packing & everything was sealed.I was happy that item is brand new.So I send the courier person and start connecting all.After seeing the packing of this I confirm that old one was used one.Then I connected all the speakers and finally connected to the power supply and try to switch ON, it was not getting ON.I thought some loose connection and checked everything properly.But no use it was also a faulty one.I got angry this time and called customer care of flipkart.Here the executive was telling me that he will arrange a call back from technical team with in 2 days. I was planning this item for festival season and enjoy some good music.Now all festivals are getting over and still I didn't get a satisfied product.Flipkart is made my festival miserable.This was my first purchase from flipkart.Today I got the call from your executive and he said me that he will arrange one more replacement.For that he need another 5 working days.This time I was not ready to try once again and become fool.I told him to cancel the order and pay back my money.This is the one bad experience I ever come across. Do you all think that we are sitting here as fool? I will never ever come back to flipkart and also I will share my experience through all my social media network as well as planning to initiate a consumer complaint against this. At least in future please don't make the customer fool.Make sure the quality item delivered, If the issues repeat blacklist the seller at least. Regards Ranjish V R Bangalore [protected]
