Flipkart — Damaged product received and plus flipkart isn't replacing the product | |||||
Hi, I ordered a product on Flipkart from their sale promotion, the product is a bluetooth selfie stick whereas i have received a completely damaged product which some random china brand which is doesn't even has a bluetooth. The product was given in a bad shape with very bad packaging (images for the issue has been attached below on the same). I spoke to the Flipkart customer care as soon as i opened the parcel, where they said the order product is no more available in their store and therefore cannot help. so as confirmed by them the only option left which they suggested is to give the product back and take the refund money. I bought this product at sale price and now the customer care representative is trying to sell me the product at the current price offered for the product which is higher and as a consumer i would never like to opt for that option. When several times i told them that i not interested in money, i want my product back which i ordered for which they kept on saying that its not available in their stores and hence cannot be replaced. Also on their website the only option for return is the option available of my money back. Request you to please help me on the same at the earliest. With Best Regards.
