Dear sir/ madam,

As i have booked the wk95305 mi on[protected] and my order no. Is od[protected]

But it was damaged and i have doa letter for that.

So please refund me the payment or else replace my handset as early as possible.

And if there is any procedure for replacement or refund payment then please inform me so that i can claim my above mentioned handset.
