I had ordered (Order number: OD[protected] a Haier 389L Single Door Upright Freezer on 1st June 2024 and received a damaged product on 15th June, Saturday (Attached ProductReceivingVideo.mp4). I called Haier Service Centre, and they assured me that a service engineer would visit my place by 17th June 2024, Tuesday. On Tuesday, the service engineer visited, checked the product, and told me to return it for replacement because the top body panel was damaged, and they could not do anything. They provided me with a job sheet for hassle-free replacement.
I raised a request for a replacement, and it was approved by Flipkart after a few follow-ups. After a few days, sometimes Flipkart canceled the return request, and sometimes their logistic partner "Kaushalya Logistics Limited" updated the message to "return canceled by customer, " but I didn't cancel it, neither from Flipkart side nor from Kaushalya Logistics' side.
I have requested them multiple times as it hampers my business because it is the session time. Once the session time is over, it will be a huge loss for me. Already, one month has passed, and I haven't received any solution.
I didn't get any solution from Flipkart and Kaushalya Logistics didn't pickup my product. They just spending time.
