[Resolved]  Flipkart — damaged product: return cancelled

I had placed return request for the damaged product (lamp), the delivery guy didn't arrive to pick up and updated the status to Product mismatch. On calling the customer care, i got to know that order cannot be cancelled again as it exceeded 72 hours limit. The problem was at delivery end where they didn't even called for the pickup.

Now they say that the return day limit is over. Highly unprofessional customer service
