[Resolved] Flipkart — Damaged product sent and not interested in resolving the matter. | |||||
I bought a toy helicopter and after delivery it was found that it is not working. I raised the issue to customer care and talked to exe, senior exe and some higher athority. Always they are saying that the issue will be dissolved within 24 hours. I started talking to them from 3rd march .today is 8th. In this way is it not that Flipkart is cheating with common man.
