Flipkart — Damaged product sent twice then Refund me the money to credit card now i have to pay interest to bank | |||
Order no : OD[protected], first i got a damaged produt then raised for a new one, they sent another one but even greater damaged product, this time also i requested them to send a new one, they are saying that they will not send it again instead they will refund the amount of 6049. I have paid EMI through credit card, so now i have to pay 618*12 = 7416...a total of 1367 extra.. but i have nothing fault. totally irresponsible. how come flipkart can do this to me?????
