[Resolved] Flipkart — damaged product,late replacement pickup.still waiting | |||
I bought a product from flipkart. A carom board it is broken there is a 10day replacement I gave a return request they delivered at 2nd march now 27th march then I will call every day on March 20 th I call customer care and I said after 24th march I don't want carom board and asked them to refund. I asked what they will do if they don't process return on time.I asked if they would give whatever I ask if they don't process request on time. But still waiting for refund. nobody has showed up. very Bad service. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support May 30, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint related to delivered product is damage. We have interacted with the customer and informed that refund has been done from seller end. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
