Flipkart has delivered damaged TV in this pandemic situation, where even the installation guys did not come for installation saying due to government restrictions we will not be able to come now, and will be delayed.
Hence we along with Samsung opened the box and noticed the TV is damaged. We approached Flipkart, they said unless their installation partner opens we cannot initiate return.
Now Flipkart's installation partner is not reachable, he is not coming for evaluation, he is not contacting us, now we are stuck.
The return policy is only for 10 days, and Flipkart is playing this game so that after 10 days the return can be denied.
