[Resolved] Flipkart — Deceiving customers | |||||
A friend was travelling to india from kenya, so i ordered a puzzle 9x9x9 which is valued at rs 2399. Ny friend received the parcel and took out the contents and brought it to kenya. On getting the items i had ordered the puzzle that flipkart charged me rs2399 supplied a puzzle worth rs300. Their app being the non user friendly it is generated a goods replacement query that the app doesn't allow to cancel if its toggled by mistake. Now im in a hastle of explaining to 15 people from flipkart (Who i do not even know if they are capable of the titles they have, since logic is an issue with that office) what the company did to me and that the product is already in kenya. If you cannot take responsibility of a clear mistake by flipkart or its associates by rectifying it at the cost it takes. Atleast refund me the fradulent money (Which is not rightfully earned as per the transaction) which they conned me off!. To that concept not do any of their employees who i have message understand and neither do they have any number that i can get a hold of. Was this information helpful? | |||||
