Flipkart — Decline to Refund Amount for dubious Product

I had bought HTC Desire 526 G plus handset from flipkart.com and recieved on 30st March 2015 .I found it was not genuine product because camera quality was worst although having 8Mp camera and also battery draining problem, i called them and raised ticket for exchange, they rejected my complaint and said We are unable to process your replacement request.Really disappointed Service.Flipkart deceiving the customer by selling duplicate product and claiming 100% Genuine and replacement Gurantee .
