[Resolved] Flipkart — deduction from wallet | |||
Amount of 616 was deducted from my Flipkart wallet for no reason at all. When I called your customer service they have been saying issue will be resolved in 24 hours from last 15 to 20 days. I don't understand how difficult is it for you understand but f you see my account it still shows my account getting refund for particular order but can't see where it went. I seriously lost belief in your customer service and thinking of lodging consumer complaint if you still say issue will be resolved in 24 hours yet again. Was this information helpful? | |||
