I have ordered samsung galaxy on nxt (Od[protected] on 10/04/17. Item i have received has battery issue (Battery drains so fast), contact customer care for return but there is not return policy. I gone for replacement & received the material on 25/04/2017. Now the 2nd product has also same problem battery issue (Battery drains so fast), now they are saying to contact service center only, why i shall contact service center with new mobile phone of 04 days? They are not taking complaints nor helping only showing policies. I have paid 15800.00. (Emi) + 15 days harassment but still did not get resolution with a good items.
If i have to go to service centre with new mobile phone of 04 days then what is the reason to buy new phone. Its a common humanity
I want refund or only exchange with some another model of samsung
Kindly help me regarding this.
