[Resolved] Flipkart — defect in cosmic 21 speed cycle ordered online | |||
I had ordered geared cycle ref. No. Od[protected] on nov 18th, 2017 and the delivery was expected b/w 18th & 19th. Although to my pleasant surprise it was delivered by nov 11th, the front wheel rim was found to be deformed (Bent) as a result of which the cycle cannot be assembled and used. The spoke is also bent. Request you to replace asap. Moreover the status on flipkart account shows that this product is not delivered. Is this really a genuine product delivered verwd through right channel?
