Flipkart — Defective AC received

I ordered an AC on 20 April 2022 and it has been delivered on 25 April 2022. Next to the installation engineer came from Samsung and during the mid of installation, they had identified outdoor units switch valve is not functioning, so they advised to return this also Flipkart has 7 days of the return policy. I raised a return request on 26 April and on 27 April it was canceled just because of the Flipkart system glitch which is totally unfair to customers or you can say it is the 1st step toward mental harassment. Then I have again raised a new return request for this product, they have given one week time for a tech visit from Samsung and it never happened till 2nd May, and again replacement request got canceled and this time Flipkart executive gave a reason- "The customer was not ready for this" which is totally fake. I have raised again request for this issue now they have given time on the 10th of May or before the tech visit should be happened and this time complaint is raised by Flipkart's Twitter social media team.
No tech visit happened against this time so I called again Flipkart customer care and shared my problem with their senior officers too but sadly he was not able to help me due to a glitchy system.
I have also raised a complaint on https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/ with Grievance Number: 3465354 and I get a call from the Flipkart team and they told me this order will be picked up by the 13th of May.
I get also a mail from Flipkart about a tech visit on the night of 10th May and also a mail for the confirmation o[censored]ninstallation of AC by 12th of May.
Then I received a call from the ekart delivery team on 12th May at 6.00 PM and asked me whether AC is in a pick-up situation or not. I have also responded and requested them to pick it up as soon as possible and they told me to get back on the next day 13th of May this same date was also provided by Flipkart for picking up this order.
On 13th May Ekart team denied picking up and the reason they told them they have not received any request to pick this product for 13th May, they had received a request only for 12th May.
Then I received an email for rejection of the return request and the reason given by Flipkart was beyond logic, and understanding- "The problem has been resolved this case by troubleshooting."
I am waiting for a call from the Flipkart grievance office for the update, I have sent them all information but seems like they have decided to harass this customer.
I have sent 25 days and 36, 000/- for this product(31k AC, 3K for copper pipe during installation, 2K for voltage stabilizer), but what exactly I have received- "Disappointment, frustration, mentally illness, mentally harassment, basic human rights violations on me".
Did I make a crime to buy this product on Flipkart ?
Why Flipkart system doesn't understand customers' concerns?
Who gave rights to an E-commerce company to play with the basic rights of a customer?
If you don't have synchronization between the seller, and the delivery team then why are you harassing a customer?
I have every record of this scam going on with me, I request Flipkart to resolve my issue else I need to file a case against Flipkart.
I am surprised- they have no fear of the Indian judiciary system violating their rule and conditions.
