Description:

The cycle was delivered on 12 December 2025, and installation was promised by 15 December 2025.
However, the technician falsely marked the installation as completed without visiting or installing the cycle.
I was informed about this false status only after I called customer care; no prior communication was made.
Flipkart has now raised a fresh ticket and is asking me to wait till 19 December 2025, which is unacceptable.
This constitutes false service closure, misrepresentation, and repeat deficiency in service, causing mental harassment and inconvenience.

After I contacted Flipkart customer care by phone, they informed me that the technician had already marked the cycle installation as “completed.” However, no technician ever visited and the cycle was not installed. When I raised this issue during the call, the customer care executive acknowledged the problem and said that the installation was wrongly closed. Flipkart then generated a fresh service ticket for installation and asked me to wait again for the technician visit until 19 December 2025, even though the original installation promise date was 15 December 2025. No proactive communication was made by Flipkart before my call, and no proof of installation (OTP, photo, or customer confirmation) was shared. At present, the issue is still unresolved, and I am only being asked to wait further despite this being a repeat issue.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
