Flipkart — defective headphones.. seller not taking product back

I had ordered a pair of turtle beach gaming headphonea from flipkart. The headphones came with a 1yr warranty. After just one month the headphones has become unstable. It only gives out sound from one of the earcups. The volume rocker wheel has also become obsolete and whenever i try to adjust the volume, it further lowers the volume and the music stops in tbe headphones altogether. The seller is not replacing or repairing the product and syas that 10 days return policy has ended while the product clearly has 1yr warranty period.
