I have purchased HP 15-r249TU Notebook from flipkart against order number OD[protected] and they have delivered a defective latop to me. I have placed a return request to them and they have closed the same by saying you request is not approved. Again I have raised a request and they are not replacing the same. I have checked and came to know that laptop supplied to me was previously repaired 6 times, This is clear cheating that I have paid for new laptop but the supplied laptop was repaired one. I need my money back with interest and penalty for wasting my time.
