I, Chandra Mohan Yadav, Mobile No.[protected] ordered a livepure chimney from Flipkart on big billion days.
Your delivery partner delivered the product on 19th October 2023. As the order was open box delivery, there was no phisical damage there on the product.
Next day people came to install the product. After installation when I switch on the product, it started with a lot of noise. Even the service Engineer present there also accept that the product is very noisy and defective one. Till now a have raised the return/ replacement complaint six time till date but my problem is not resolved yet. Till then technician has visited twice at my home and accept that the product is defective but they are not uploading the same feedback to flipkart.I am fadeup with the return policy of Flipkart.. please help me in this regard.
