I ordered AKG LYRA MIC FOR Rs 2600. Order ID - OD[protected]
Defective item is shipped and after i complained with flipkart they agreed for providing replacement and even they picked the defective item. Before handing over the defective item i had a clear conversation with flipkart customer care that I need replacement not refund and they raised online replacement order which i checked in flipkart and it's initiated. Replacement was shipped and it reached hyderabad at the last moment delivery was cancelled as PRICE OF THE PRODUCT INCREASED. This is not fair and when I contacted flipkart they said they will provide refund. And they are asking me to place new order. I bought the mic for 2600 under deal and they cancelled the replacement as price Increased to 9999.
As I was clear from the begining i want replacement and i don't want the refund. If flipkart told me in the begining that replacemt is not possible I would have taken the defective mic to service centre for WARRANTY SERVICE. I request flipkart to provide me the REPLACEMENT NOT REFUND.
