[Resolved]  Flipkart — Defective mobile delivered not replacing it

Address:House no. 5H/56 Second Floor, NIT-5 faridabad haryana pin code 121001

I have ordered realme narzo 30a on flipkart it was delivered 18 June 2021 same day I request replacement technician visit was on 23 June but no technician came or Contacted me to see the defect and issue stated as resolved then again on 23 June I request replacement then technician visit was schedule on 27 June but no technician visited to see the defect
On flipkart app it stated your product has been delivered but the issue has not been resolved yet
Kindly resolve my issue I want replacement or refund of my product and recompasation the from flipkart the problem I am facing

Again the same issue repeated the technician didn't visit and I received the sms that issue has been resolved.
This is the 3rd time same issue has repeated

Flipkart is not addressing my issue properly and my issue is not getting resolved.
Every time I talk to customer support they say that issue has been created and sent to backend team.
They will resolve the issue but I am not getting any solution
