I have ordered realme narzo 30a on flipkart it was delivered 18 June 2021 same day I request replacement technician visit was on 23 June but no technician came or Contacted me to see the defect and issue stated as resolved then again on 23 June I request replacement then technician visit was schedule on 27 June but no technician visited to see the defect On flipkart app it stated your product has been delivered but the issue has not been resolved yet Kindly resolve my issue I want replacement or refund of my product and recompasation the from flipkart the problem I am facing Was this information helpful? | |||
Jul 11, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved After several calls to customer care executive my mobile has been replaced today Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jun 29, 2021 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
