[Resolved] Flipkart — defective phone provided by flipkart | |||||
Hi, I had ordered asus zenfone 3s max from flipkart on 1st july which was delivered on 4th july. Just after few days of arrival, the phone started restarting unanimously, and i was also facing network issues. The network of the phone come and go anytime. On 10th july (Within 7days of the delivery), i had registered a return request with flipkart. Instead of returning my phone they send a technician to my place to check the phone. The technician visited on 11th july for roughly ten mins, restarted the phone and took the feedback. Despite, the technician visit, the problem was not resolved, and after my 2nd complaint, they send the same technician on 16th july. Again he restarted the phone, sat down for 35 mins and did nothing. Today on 19th july, flipkart closed the complaint by stating, the technician will resolve the issue and refused to replace the product. I called the customer care who told me to go to service center since the replacement duration lapsed. This is the most pathetic service flipkart has ever given to anyone.
