[Resolved]  Flipkart — defective piece delivered : seagate external hard disk - 2tb

Hi..
This is arjun... I placed an order for seagate external hard disk - 2tb, price of ₹ 5699 on 01st june 2020 (Title of product - seagate backup plus slim 2 tb external hard disk drive),
Which got delivered on 04th june 2020 but unfortunately its defective piece (I can't transfer any file into the hard disk) based on issue i raised a return request on 07th june 2020 which got approved on 09th june 2020..

Since then no one turned up to pick return parcel. I raised my concern over this with customer care which was registered with ticket (Flipkart customer service for [incident: in[protected] assuring to pick the order by 16 june 2020.. 6pm.. Since then i'm continuously following up but till now no one responded...

Worst thing is : they closed the ticket with out contacting me and mentioning as issue resolved... On reopening ticket, customer care executives are doing the same thing without contacting me closing the ticket.

Please look into this and try to help me with this issue and arrange a return parcel pickup.
