On 8th August, i purchased a gaming laptop Asus Rog G15, price 93840..
It was delivered on 11 August, but the product was defective because the display was not working. So, i raised for replacement of product. The replacement was accepted by the seller. I have all the proof..
On 16th August the product came to me the delivery boy was very rude and he came but didn't took my defective product i showed him everything..but due to.his misunderstanding he went off in a hurry.
I called him again and again till 6 pm but he didn't answer my call .After that I tried.to.connect to customer service Flipkart but they all very useless because they put me .on hold and didn't reverted me back .
After that I spoke to one senior and he said your issue is being followed up and we will take action against delivery boy as per my feedback..
And after that automatically the replacement got cancelled due to Flipkart technical.internal error.
No mistake from.my side.
On 18 August again the replacement request was raised. And it was accepted by the seller again. Have all the all proofs with me
I was told.by Flipkart that on 30 August the Asus technician will come and check the laptop and after that your replacement will be done on 2 September..
But today is 30 August and no technician came.to.me.
All the Flipkart customer support were saying to me to wait till 7pm
I waited till 7 pm 30 August
Now i canmowait more .
Now i am complaining against Flipkart for delivering me the defective product and wasting of time.for.almost one month .
Now i don't know what should I do . because no technician came.today .
I am stuck with defective product.
