I had buy blackberry phone from flipkart.com fone was defective i ask for refund they satisfy me with replacement and i was told if product again come defective then you can go for refund and then fone again come defective 2nd time and now they are refusing refunds and replacement (Flipkart customer care convensed me to replace it if not then they will return and now they are refusing call record with customer care should be seen which shows the commitment by them Vaibhav singh gaur [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
