[Resolved] Flipkart — defective product delivered and not refunding | |||||
I ordered ASUS Zenfone Max Pro M1 on 12th July, 2018. Order ID is OD[protected]. The phone that I received was defective. It was giving electric shocks while charging and it could have blasted in my hand. Technician from Flipkart came and verified same problem and reported back to Flipkart. Problem was serious so I insisted them to take back their product and refund me money. But Flipkart is saying that they would replace the product. I demand refund instead of replacement as I cannot risk using this product again as it could have blasted in my hand. Was this information helpful? | |||||
