[Resolved]  Flipkart — defective product handover

I have purchased new phone realme 3 (Radiant blue) but this phone not working properly as vibration not working any mode & auto mute any time. I have raise return request on dated 23-aug-19 but request closed without any confirmation. I have trying to call on every day to customer care but not positive response. My return id was -[protected]. Kindly close without any legal action.
