[Resolved]  Flipkart — DEFECTIVE PRODUCT- MOTO G (2nd Gen)

I had purchased a MOTO-G (Second Generation) from Flipkart on 13th October, 2014.The PHONE IS NOT WORKING. Its DISPLAY is not working due to which it has become unable to switch it on and operate the phone. This is causing high inconvenience to me as entire useful data is stored in it. Flipkart Customer Care's response
Spoke to customer and got know that his handset display is not functioning and hence requested him to visit the service center to fix it as it is post replacement period. Also, provided service center address details. Customer agreed. So closing the case.
