[Resolved] Flipkart — defective product received and did not pick up the item and didn't get new item or refund | |||
I have received a defective tv (Fully broken monitor) from flipkart. When the installation guy came to install he found it is defective one and requested replacement. Flipkart accepted replacement and they have given a pickup date as 11th december 2018. Still nobody came to pickup the product Order id: od[protected] Order placed : 24th nov 2018 Defective product received: 29th nov 2018 Replacement id:[protected] Pickup promised date: 11th dec 2018 Complaint registration date: 12th dec 2018 Please help me to get the good product or refund the money Was this information helpful? | |||
