Flipkart — Defective product recieved! Product seal was broken | |||||
I want to share my awful experience with you people. I ordered a laptop online od[protected]. I received a defective product. The laptop screen has red dot and after using it for 30 mins it turned into red lines. Within 1 hour of delivery i contacted flipkart regarding the issue also sent them unboxing video https://www.youtube.com/watch? V=-skjlb_aykq Where it is clearly visible that the seal was broken on arrival. Flipkart seller rejected my refund. According to flipkart the products that they sell is brand new. A broken seal isn't a brand new product hence its against their policy. They are still not providing refund or replacement. Why do i have to wait so much after providing so much evidence? Why is flipkart harassing me for my money? I didn't pay for a defective used product. Help me get back a replacement or a refund asap. Was this information helpful? | |||||
