[Resolved] Flipkart — defective product selling | |
Order id - od[protected] product - moto e4 plus (Iron gray, 32 gb) Ordered moyoe4+, defective product received mobile phone with hanging problem and later replaced mobile also defective with display problem Now flipkart not accepting replacement or taking return. Only one (1) replacement will be provided in the unlikely event that the product is defective. If no defect is confirmed, the issue is not diagnosed within 10 days of delivery, a troubleshooting step cannot be performed, or if one replacement has already been provided, you will be directed to a brand service centre to resolve any subsequent issues.
