[Resolved]  Flipkart — Defective product sent but still not replaced

My order id is OD[protected]. A defective microwave was delivered to me and my old microwave was taken. Till date, the defective microwave has not been replaced even when I have forwarded images of the delivery report and installation service report which clearly says that the microwave is faulty. Their service is pathetic. Amazon would never do such thing. I have a one year old baby and it's winters in Delhi but Flipkart has left me in a lurch as they took away my old working microwave and dumped a defective product, which they are not replacing giving excuse that its not delivered despite showing photograph evidencing the delivery of the microwave.

Finally after 48 hours of actual delivery of the product, it has been updated that the product was delivered. Now, Flipkart saying that despite the service report provided by the early technician that the microwave is faulty, they will again schedule a visit by a technician after 3 days and replacement will happen after 7 days!!! My old microwave which was working and replaced has been taken and now I have to keep waiting for 10 days to get a new microwave. 10 days may turn to a month because of the pathetic service by Flipkart. This harassment has to stop somewhere
