[Resolved]  Flipkart — defective product sold and no refund

I purchased a thomson led tv on 7 august 2018. I found that it is defective and sent a return request. Technician visit on 10 august but no resolution. Flipkart said no status from jeeva site. They can not do nothing. I purchased product from your site then why you have no update after 24 hours. It seems that i am being cheated by flipkart, jeeva and thomson company. They have taken money 20000 and gave a waste product. How they are allowed? Why they are giving bad service. Really to much shameful. Order number od[protected].

Still after 50 hours. There is no progress. You are selling a third quality product and cheated with customer by saying we have no update.

Today is 13 August 2018. But still no update. 12 August gone. Tech visit completed on 10 August. After 3 days Flipkart says no update. Third class replacement service.

Till now no replacement. After selling third quality product, no solution provide. Only giving future date. Now question arise. Is flipkart a third class company. Are really I did a mistake by purchasing from flipkart.? Is flipkart selling third quality product? Are company cheating with people? In my view, all answer is yes.
