[Resolved] Flipkart — defective product sold and no refund | |||||
I purchased a thomson led tv on 7 august 2018. I found that it is defective and sent a return request. Technician visit on 10 august but no resolution. Flipkart said no status from jeeva site. They can not do nothing. I purchased product from your site then why you have no update after 24 hours. It seems that i am being cheated by flipkart, jeeva and thomson company. They have taken money 20000 and gave a waste product. How they are allowed? Why they are giving bad service. Really to much shameful. Order number od[protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||||
