[Resolved]  Flipkart — Defective products received not picking the product or blocked my account

I've ordered a gshock watch for Men on 8th september 2021 vide Order ID - OD[protected] which was delivered to me on 12th september 2021 amounted to 7915 but instead received a defective product. The product was dead on arrived An immediate complaint was raised by me but after some complaints my account has been blocked by flipkart sying my account has high no of returns but I haven't returned even 1 product yet so I registered many complaints and I was given an intimation to wait for the next 3-4 days a but for which no heed was paid by company. Multiple complaints were also registerd by me but in vain. Since the product delivered was itself defective, the pickup could not be raised Return Requests were denied by the company stating the reason which was itself mentioned wrong by the seller. I contacted officials through Helpline and company local office but no corrective actions were taken. The experience of online shopping at Flipkart from last year has not been good as I've faced similar issues with my friends account in the past also to which I did not move legally and got it resolved after several attempts. All this has lead to a lot of problems and frustration on to me. I holds all necessary call recordings which will be made available on demand for how I has been fooled by Customer Service. It is high time I'm waiting for any response from the company for the loss I've occured and on the way to taking strict legal action against the company.
