VIDE the above a mobile was purchased from flipkart.
The product is defective. Only white screen appears and the screen is blank.
Several times reported over flipkart website, phone and a social media.
The flipkart assured several times to retake the device over phone, sms but did not do.
I am a customer of flipkart over 5 years and the present days behaviour is very painful.
Do the needful to save thousands of poor customers in line from getting cheated.
The supplier of the product is ALOKIK IMPEX from jaipur, supplied thro flipkart.
