[Resolved] Flipkart — Defective TV received | |
I got order delivery on 23 Oct 2030 Technician who came for installation on same day says tv has some defects. He raised replacement request then Flipkart rejected replacement request and convert it into refund request. But I want replacement so I cancelled refund and Raised replacement request. As per new schedule on 24 Oct. Technician will visit by 27 Oct and approval will be done by 27 Oct Technician came on 25 Oct. and said he will submit report. Today 29 October but there is no status update. Customer care has also not proper answer. Was this information helpful? | |
