Flipkart — Defective Tvs received and no resolution

OD[protected] Order iD. Placed an order on 29th Nov. Received Defective TV. Filed for a return and that time only a refund option was available so we filed for that. The request was automatically cancelled the next day. On asking the Flipkart authorities they said due to some technical error it was. Filed for return on 1st Nov again and this time only a replacement option was available so the replacement tv was received on 9th Dec and the TV's screen was damaged this time so we did not accept the delivery. No still there is no resolution . Sometimes the company representatives call and they said you will be refunded but there has been no update in the status also and today they told me to wait til the 15th of December. Every 2nd day a new technician comes to the house, checks the tv and shares the report but no status is still updated. Yesterday 1 company representative called me and said we will be refunded the money within 8 days but today the other representatives are denying it and saying a new replacement will be sent. We do not need to keep replacing the TV as it is becoming a very tedious process and we need a refund. Everyday I have to spend an hour on Flipkart and this is turning up to be mental harassment.
