I have purchased Hindware Callisto 7-litre RO water purifier from Flipkart on 22-May-2022, which was delivered on 26-May-2022.
However, only after numerous follow-ups and havocs with Flipkart and Hindware, the device was finally installed on 11-June-2022. Meanwhile I had already complained flipkart on installation being delayed beyond return date of 05-June-2022 and was assured by customer care that they will still return the product after installation. The product was leaking on the day of installation and on 12-June-2022 (next day), service engineers revisited to check the product. Service engineers confirmed device was defective and were not able to fix the same.
On 12-June-2022, along with the presence of Hindware service engineers, I raised complaint with Flipkart to initiate product return.

Promised date of resolution : 15-June-2022
No updates were received from Flipkart and hence followed up again around 15th June, only to find out resolution date extended to 21st June.
Promised date of resolution : 21-June-2022
Yet, no updates and upon following up, resolution date was extended again.
Promised date of resolution : 23-June-2022
It has been a month since purchase and the delay from both Flipkart and Hindware is very unprofessional. Unsupportive flipkart team has been nothing but mental harrassment to me for this whole time.
Expecting actual action instead of dates. Return and refund must be initiated, immediately.
