Flipkart — Defective wireless mic | |
The mic which i ordered no od[protected] on 9th oct 2020 from seller kusum ecom delivered me on 12th oct 2020 was defective. I make refund call twice a time but the courier boy denied to get it by saying " product is mismatched". Return id was[protected] and[protected] . I have also message on flipcart and even called on customer care number as well. Despite of their filling my compalint online still i am unable to return it and get my refund back. What is the fault of customer if product is mismatched and defective? Was this information helpful? | |
