Flipkart — Deficiency in services | |||||
I had purchased "Vu 40D6575 102 cm (40) LED TV" from flipkart on 16/10/2015, the product was delivered very late. But after delivery when i inquired about the demo and installation, i found that in their record the product is still in transport. I told them that delivery has been done on 27/10/2015. They took my complaint and assured me that the demo and installation will be done within 3 days.But nothing happened. I mailed them and regularly called them regarding the same but every time they mailed a new date and a new time for installation. each time when the given date expires, they used to give a new date without any explanation. on 1st nov 2015 i got a email that i have cancelled the order, when i called them and inquired for the same then they cancelled the cancellation request stating a technical error. On two occasions i was informed that the installation has been completed but in actual no one came. when i inquired about it then they told me its a technical error again. Finally they updated in the records that they have delivered the TV on 6.11.2015 instead of 27.10.2015. After many correspondence by me they installed the TV on 9/11/2015 that too is not showing in their records. Due to this type of misleading information and delay in service i suffered a lot. If they would have communicated about the delay in detail then i would had no problem but they keep on giving misleading information and commitment so i want to make a complaint against them.
