[Resolved] Flipkart — delay for refund | |||
On 07th June 2018, I ordered a Caprese tote bag from flipkart amounting to Rs. 1451. The payment was successful but the order was not confirmed and I didn't receive any confirmation. The payment was made in two ways, Rs. 694 was paid through bank and remaining Rs. 757 was paid through my flipkart gift card. The transaction id for Rs. 694 is P1806071340184041738464. From the day I placed the order I'm contacting the customer care frequently and every time I get the same reply saying that it will be resolved within 24 to 48 hours but it has been more than 25 days and I have not received my money. I also never get any update from the team until and unless I contact them. Please take a quick action against this as I'm very disappointed with the poor customer service of flipkart. Jul 3, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Thank you so much for a quick resolution. Before complaining to this site, I used to contact them every 2 days and it continued for almost 25 days. But after complaining here I got my refund within 48 hours. I received a call from the fliplart team and promised me to refund my amount within 24 hours. They also followed up each and step frequently which would have been impossible if I tried alone. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
