[Resolved] Flipkart — delay in delivery and false promise | |||||
Hi, i ordered vivo 9 from flipkart with one day delivery option by paying extra. Till now i have not received my product and when i called, they are telling logistic issue. Not sure then why they took extra money and what kind of logistic issue. My money is block and i cannot order new phone. I do want to case against this ill mannered service. Verified Support May 07, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the delivery of the order. We have interacted with the customer and cancelled the order as per customers request due to delay in delivery. The seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on May 03, 2018. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
