[Resolved] Flipkart — Delay in delivery and incompetent services | |||||
I have ordered a item on Prime services and was promised that the order will be received by 18th. I got the message saying the item is out for delevery at morning 09.07 AM . The order was placed only on the promise made that it will be delevered in time. From morning now almost evening 5.00PM it is not delevered .This was ordered to gift on a occassion scheduled at 18.00 hrs. From 1300 hrs I have made not less than 7 calls asking the status and information on person who is carrying the delevery package and no one from flipkart is giving the clear details. It is not only destroying the hope of gifting the person in time but making a lot of stress and spoiling the real joy of facing the occasion. If flipkart cant obtain real time info on their product why making promises and causing undue stress ? The worst day of my life and the reason is incompetency of Flipkart organisation Was this information helpful? | |||||
Mar 23, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Feb 18, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke with customer he is very irate he is waiting from the morning for the delivery and no one contacted him as he said that he had ordered that phone for some occasion and it has been spoiled and in between he disconnected the call. So called to customer once again he said that he had disconnected the call.
