I ordered a Realme Pad X - 4 GB RAM 64 GB ROM 11 inch with Wi-Fi Only Tablet (Glacier Blue) (Order ID- OD[protected] from Flipkart on 6th of August, 2022 at 3.48 pm and the Scheduled time of arrival given by them was 9th of August, 2022.
I paid the order with my DEBIT CARD. Amount is India rupees 17, 999.
Order was processed on 7th of August, 2022 by the Seller. But soon the order was abandoned by the courier company and Flipkart remained struck-dumb about this situation.
I felt agitated and called the customer care service of them on 9th of August, 2022. They took the call and lodged a complaint about the shipment procedures and gave me a stipulated time of 13th of August, 2022. Already the delivery got late by 4 days.
Till 11th of August, 2022 I noticed no shipment procedure was initiated. By getting displeased by this, I called the customer care again on that day. They again gave me a excuse of shipment failure and lodged a complaint. Date got shifted to 15th of August, 2022.
Agitated and worried I took a decision to cancel the order on 11th of August, 2022 at 3.51 pm. They processed the canceled order and gave me 2 days of refund process.
After all turmoil and hurdles, I noticed that refund process is also getting delayed. I once more yelled at the customer care service. Again they gave me a date of 21st of August, 2022.
Till now I am feeling hard-pressed and irritated. This stony hearted attitude by the company (Flipkart) is sad.
Now I want my money refunded as soon as possible with monetary compensation due to set back in delivery and worst customer service.
