[Resolved] Flipkart — delay in delivery and wrong details updated from delivery team that customer not reachable

Hello team,
I am from hyderabad. Od[protected]
I am complaining about delay in order delivery and update of wrong details on website that customer was not reachable by delivery team of flipkart though i was present through the day and delivery window provided for 16april from 4pm to 8pm. If flipkart cannot deliver the product on time they can state the valid reasons for the same but don't mention lies that customer was not reachable.
I can provide that no one from flipkart attempted delivery at my door step today as we in and out register in our society and we have security cameras in our block.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the delivery of the product. We have interacted with the customer and confirmed that the product has been delivered and installation and demo is completed. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
