Flipkart — Delay in delivery, Arrogant behaviour of delivery man, irresponsible answer from Customer care

I purchased Asus Zenfone 2 Laser ZE550KL for Rs.9999 on 28th September, 2015 and made a payment through credit card. I had given the address of Dahisar- Mumbai. Accordingly the item was dispatched on 28th September from Bangalore Whitefield Warehouse with Delhivery Prepaid No :[protected]. On 30th September the item arrived at nearby location at Borivili which means the item should have been dispatched by 1st October. Acordingly a sms regarding out for delivery was also received on 1st October. However, later at evening an apology message was received that it is unable to deliver. So my wife on called the concerned delivery number. It was replied that there was some problem with the delivery so it would be delivered till 3rd (i.e. after 2 days even though the item was in the same city). As expected the item was not delivered on 2nd October. On 3rd October, a delivery boy came and started taking signature from my wife on the documents and pretended to search for the parcel. But he could not get itand said that he must have forgot in the office. On asking when he will deliver the parcel then, he arrogantly told that either today evening or tomorrow. My wife immediately rubbed off the signature and wrote that the item is undelivered. She told him that due to the arrival of the parcel she stayed in house and could not go out. Upon which the delivery boy arrogantly replied that you have no need to stay at home as we would keep at your neighbour's house. Till evening also the delivery boy did not delivered the parcel. Thus, on 3rd October too the item was not delivered. On 4th October, the delivery boy came and asked for an ID proof. Upon that my wife told that yesterday u said u would keep the parcel at neighbour's house also and now you are confirming the ID? Upon which he arrogantly said whether you want the parcel or not? and he kept the parcel in his bag and started leaving. My wife ran behind him and asked how could you go without delivering the parcel? upon which he rudely replied you go and complain against me or better give my phone number and ran off. On calling the delivery customer care and narrating the whole incident they coldly apologized and said that they will deliver it through some other delivery person. My wife also called flipkart and narrated the whole thing upon which they just apologized and said that we will cancel the order and refund back the money. This means these people do not bother to make arrangements for the delivery. They do not bother to convince the customer. They dont care that the customer could not get the item on time. Its really pathetic that a so famous and big company like Flipkart who advertise themselves as customer friendly and advertise taking big celebrities has such a irresponsible behaviour. Just by mere returning the money would be enough for the mental stress my wife and myself has gone through? The mobile was a gift for my wife. How could they play with our emotions attached to it? How can these people dont care for their customer's emotions? Since, the item was brought on Credit card, how could these people give me my interest for these days of the credit? I want to caution all the customers to beware of these people. I want and written apology from flipkart and want to know what action they have taken on the delivery person.
