[Resolved] Flipkart — delay in delivery by 13 days two times | |||
I ordered a honor 9n from flipkart on 7 aug 2018 and the delivery date was 2 aug 2018. On 12 aug they changed the date to 16 aug annd on 16 aug they told me to wait till 21 aug. They are fooling me. I have already paid the amount My contact no is [protected] i have contacted the customer support they told me everytime to wait and also the product status is not updated from 8 aug it is still showing begaluru. I have also mailed to grieverance office of flipkart they also not helped me now they are telling to wait till 21 aug. They are not providing a bad service to the customer as they also dont know the exact status of phone Was this information helpful? | |||

Dear Flipkart if you want to be in the business you have to be responsible for keeping the deliveries on time atleast try to keep track of it.
